The Simm’s wedding was a beautiful event held in two glamorous locations in Dallas, Texas on Saturday, September 19, 2009.

The ceremony took place in the Cox Chapel at the Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas on the corner of SMU‘s campus. This church is amazingly beautiful and I enjoyed taking a few minutes before everyone started arriving to explore the many hallways and art pieces that were encased by the wonderful stained glass windows of numerous chapels.

Following a brisk ceremony, the guests drove down the block to celebrate at the Luxury Hotel Palomar in Dallas just down the street from SMU, but first I grabbed Karen and Greg to snap a few more wedding photos in a stunning courtyard at the Highland Park Methodist Church. We only spent a few minutes but came away with some great images that I hope you guys enjoy!

There were so many great images from the Piatt Wedding that I had a really rough time deciding which ones to share! Thanks again to Daniel and Bridgette for having me come out to photograph their wedding at Piatt’s beautiful home in Sanger, TX.

The Baima and Piatt families were so welcoming to me that by the end of the day it felt like I had just photographed a wedding for friends. It was a perfect day with great temperatures, sunshine, and an amazing home to hold the ceremony and reception.
